Goal Tender is a behavior modification application designed to help people take control of their lives.
From daily routines to long-term goals, Goal Tender will help keep you focused and on track to complete the important things in your life.
Goal Tender also has a sleep/insomnia log to keep track of your sleep habits.
Create long-term goals to keep them in the front of your mind
Routines are activities that you may need to perform on a day-to-day or weekly basis. Examples of routines:
Routines and Goals are then scheduled on a daily/weekly basis so that you can take control of your life and keep them ever-present to work on.
You can set the Even options to prompt you when you should be working on a Goal or Routine.

This is what you'll see when you first open GoalTender because there are no Goals or Routines. There are instructions to create Goals and Routines. To create an event, click the Create Event button.
This is what a populated Even List looks like. On the left is the start time of the Event. The duration of the Event is also shown. To edit an Event, perform a long press (2+ seconds) on the event list entry.
If the event is a routine, you can click the list entry to start the event.
You can create an event for a Goal or a Routine.
Choose a start time and a duration of the event.
Choose the day(s) of the week the event will fall on.
Choose Notify to have your phone notify you of the start time.
Choose Reminder to get constant reminders to stay focused.
If Reminders are selected, choose the frequency of the reminders.
Fixed Start Time - Not Yet Implemented
Hidden - will be created but not shown in event list.
To edit a routine, select it in the Load dropdown.
To start a routine, select in the dropdown and click Start Routine.
To create a routine, enter a name in the Routine Name field.
To add steps to a routine, enter a name in the Step Name field and press Add Step.
This is what an active event looks like. As you complete items in the list, click the checkbox. When all activities are complete, celebrate your success.
To edit a goal, select it in the Load dropdown.
To create a goal, enter a name in the Routine Name field.
Add a description to the goal.
Click Completed checkbox when you've completed the goal.
Click Hidden to hide the goal.
Click the Create/Update button to save your changes.
There are two ways to add a sleep log entry.
Manually enter the (Lie) Down and (Get) Up times, the press Create Entry.
Easy Time: Press "In Bed" button when you lie down and press the "Get Up" button when you wake up. This will automatically create a sleep log entry.
When you create a sleep log entry, you will be able to set the quality of sleep.
Click the Reset button to clear the "In Bed" time.
The Sleep Log is viewed on a weekly basis.
Click the Previous and Next buttons to cycle weeks.
Good Sleep: Green
Acceptable Sleep: Yellow
Poor Sleep: Red
24 Hour - 12 or 24 hour time format
Change Theme - Light vs Dark
Show List Headers - Event List Headers display or hide
Show future dates - Event List row date entries on or off
Keep completed goals - retain or delete goals on completion
Show hidden - unhides hidden items
Vibrate - vibrate enable or disable
Show duration - Even lit column duration show or hide
Show day iteration - Even List option (e.g. 2nd Friday of the month)
Time Display - Even List Layout option
Days in event list - number of days to show in the event list
Object List - Raw View of all existing Goals, Routines, and Events primarily used for mass deletion.
